Who we are
Branded Residences is a RERA-registered real estate agent (HARERA agent reg. 58 of 2017) based in Gurugram. We advise buyers on luxury residences by DLF, Oberoi Realty, Godrej Properties, Emaar, Sobha, M3M, TARC and other leading developers: new launches, resales, transfers and NRI purchases.
What we are not
We are not DLF Limited or any other developer, and this is not an official developer website. We do not set developer prices or make promises on behalf of any developer.
How we work
One advisor per client, verified options only, and every document checked against RERA and allotment records before you commit. Fees, where applicable, are agreed in writing first.
