Overview
Privana is the largest piece of DLF’s recent Gurugram story: a licensed township of about 116 acres in Sectors 76 and 77, between the Southern Peripheral Road and the Dwarka Expressway. DLF is releasing it phase by phase, each a cluster of tall residential towers with most of the ground left open.
Privana South (about 25 acres) sold over 1,000 homes within three days of its pre-launch in January 2024. Privana West (about 12.6 acres) sold all 795 homes within three days in May 2024. Privana North (about 17.7 acres, six towers) was registered with HARERA in June 2025. We advise on resale in the sold-out phases and on allotments in the new ones.
