01Introduction
Welcome to Branded Residences. This website is operated by Branded Residences, a RERA-registered real estate agent based in Gurugram (HARERA agent registration no. 58 of 2017). We advise buyers on luxury residences in Gurugram.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, our forms, WhatsApp and phone enquiries, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
02Information we collect
Information you give us when you submit a form, call or message us:
- Your name and mobile number (with country code)
- Your email address, if you choose to give it
- The residence you are interested in and your budget range
- Anything else you tell us about your requirements
Information collected automatically when you use the website:
- The page you came from and the pages you visit
- Advertising click identifiers (for example Google’s gclid), kept for 90 days to tell us which advertisement brought you here
- Your IP address, browser and device type
- Cookies, described in section 3
03Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential: a session cookie that keeps forms working and secure
- Attribution: a first-party cookie that remembers the advertisement you arrived from, for 90 days
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, used to measure which pages and advertisements are useful
Where the law requires consent (for example for visitors in the EEA and UK), analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, or control Google advertising through Google’s Ads Settings.

- To reply to your enquiry and share current prices, availability and documents
- To arrange site visits, in person or by video
- To guide you through documentation, transfer and registration if you decide to buy
- To send updates you have asked for, such as new phases or price changes
- To measure and improve our advertising and website
- To meet our obligations under RERA and other applicable law
05Sharing of your information
We do not sell your personal data and we never share it with other brokers. We share it only where needed:
- With the developer or the seller of a unit, when you ask us to proceed on a specific home
- With service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM, email and hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations
- With Google, as hashed (scrambled) contact data used only to measure advertising, where you have consented to advertising cookies
- With authorities, where the law requires it
06Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data
- Ask us to erase your data
- Withdraw your consent and stop all marketing contact
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
Email support@brandedresidences-gurgaon.com and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
07Data security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems protected by two-factor authentication. Only the advisors handling your enquiry can see it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.
08Data retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
09Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer, support@brandedresidences-gurgaon.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
