The Arbour marked DLF’s arrival on Golf Course Extension Road. Five towers of 38 and 39 storeys rise from 25 acres, about 85% of it left open, and every one of the 1,137 homes follows the same plan: four bedrooms, a study and a utility room of about 3,956 sq ft, opening onto wide wrap-around decks.
The project sold out within three days before its formal launch in early 2023, with DLF reporting that more than 95% of buyers intended to live there themselves. It is pre-certified IGBC Platinum and built to Zone 5 seismic standards, with a 1.25 lakh sq ft clubhouse. Homes are now available only on resale, where the tower, floor and view decide the price.
