By using brandedresidences-gurgaon.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The website is operated by Branded Residences, a real estate agent registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA agent registration no. 58 of 2017).
02Nature of our services
We are a real estate advisor. We help buyers find, evaluate and buy residences, including resales and new allotments. We are not the developer: we do not build, own or set the prices of the projects shown, and we do not make promises on the developer’s behalf.
03Accuracy of information
Project details on this website, including sizes, configurations, prices, possession dates, amenities, images and plans, are compiled from developer announcements, RERA filings and other public sources. They are indicative and can change without notice.
Always verify details with the developer and on haryanarera.gov.in before making a decision. Images are labelled as artist’s impressions, sample-apartment images or photographs, and may differ from the final product.
04No offer or advice
Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, a promise of returns or rental yield, or legal, tax or investment advice. Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement you sign with the developer or seller.
05Enquiry forms and communication
When you submit a form, you confirm the details are yours and accurate, and you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing support@brandedresidences-gurgaon.com.
06Fees
Any fee or brokerage payable by you is agreed in writing before a transaction. We do not charge for enquiries, site visits or advice that does not lead to a transaction.
07Advertising and remarketing
We advertise through Google and may show you our advertisements on other websites after your visit (remarketing). You can opt out through Google’s Ads Settings or “Cookie settings” in our footer. See our privacy policy for details.
08Intellectual property
The design, text and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. DLF, project names, logos and renders are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the projects we advise on.
09Third-party links
Links to other websites, including regulator portals and maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, from interruptions or errors, or from transactions between you and a developer or seller.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any remedy available before the relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the website means you accept them.
