Four freestanding towers occupy only about 19% of an 11.36-acre site in Sector 63A; the remaining eight-plus acres are landscaped by PL Design around three Miami-themed clubhouses the developer calls the TriBay.
Architecture is by UHA London and interiors by Atelier Mumbai. Soft, curved façades turn east–west to follow the sun, every floor has corner residences, and L-shaped balconies frame the Aravalli skyline. Homes run from 2,150 sq ft 3 BHKs to 3,900 sq ft 5 BHK residences with staff rooms. HARERA registered the project in August 2026.
